MJ's Breakfast Burrito Filling

Ingredients
5 one-ounce patties turkey sausage (recipe includes spices - sage, garlic, black pepper)1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped1/4 or so chopped red onion2 oz. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded1 1/2 Roma tomatos4 eggs1/2 cup egg whites {All Whites}
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Saute' onion, scrambled turkey sausage, and mushrooms. Mix eggs and egg whites thoroughly; add to skillet with diced tomato and shredded cheese. Scramble until set. Drain -- tomato adds much juice -- before serving with whloe wheat tortilla.
