Quinoa The Diet Solution Breakfast

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa2 cups water1 small apple, chopped or finely sliced1/2 cup slivered almonds (or other nuts)!/2 -1 tsp. cinnamonCoconut milkNatural raw unfiltered honey or Stevia powder
Directions
Serves 3, approximately one cup each.

Soak quinoa in water for five minutes. Drain and rinse before adding to a saucepan with 2 cups of water. Cook for 5 minutes (more if you live at high altitude), add apple. Cook until all water is absorbed. Stir in cinnamon and nuts.

Sprinkle quinoa mixture with honey and coconut milk, as desired.
