Vegtable mixed bean soup

Ingredients
Lentils (Dry), 2 serving Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced (Beans, white, 1 cup Peas, frozen, 2 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup Green Beans (snap), 3 cup 2 Bay Leaf, Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (You can use a soup blend of beans I do but didn't have nutrional info for them )8 Cups water or chicken brothOptional* Make a rou of 2 TBLS of Butter and 2 TBLS of flour and cook as a rou then add to soup as a thickner.
Directions
I cook beans first for 30-60 minutes before adding vegtables. Add rou, Cook untill complete
