Ingredients
Not spinah, Escarole 1 head. 1 cup of mushrooms sliced, 2 large Zucchini sliced lengthsie, Garlic 1 T, Onion powder 1 t. Paremesian Shredded 1/2 cup. 1 cup ricotta.
Directions
9X13 inch lasagne pan. spray with olive oil pam, layer 1 cup tomato sauce. Cover with zuccini strips, 1/2 cup riccota, layer of muchrooms 1/2 of the parmesian cheese, 1 half of the garlic. Repeat. Top with Rest of sauce and top with garlic, onion powder and cover with the remaining Parmesian. Cook for 50 minute at 350. Serves 6.
