Ingredients
2 lg. Onions, chopped2 Garlic cloves2 Tbsp Butter1 lb. chicken, cubed2 cups water4 Tbsp Aloha Shoyu Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce3/4 cup cheddar Cheese, shredded1 Tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth
Directions
Chop onions & garlic. Melt butter in lg. saucepan and add onions and garlic. Saute until tender/translucent. Add chopped chicken and add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook until chicken is done. Stirring occasionally. Start rice in a rice cooker. Add remaining water, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce to chicken mixture. Stir and bring to a boil. Add peanut butter, stir until combined. Add cheese, stir and serve over rice.
