Ingredients
Beef (Cubed) Steak, 1 POUNDStewed Tomatoes, Canned, No Salt, 14.5 OZOnions, raw, 1 cup, Coarse CutCarrots, raw, 1 cup, Coarse CutCelery, raw, 1 cup, Coarse CutPotato, raw, 1 cup Coarse CutMorton Salt Substitute, 1 tsp A1 steak Sauce, 1 tablespoonGarlic, Finely Chopped 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tspPepper, black, .25 tsp Flour, white, .25 cup Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) If needed to thicken:Cornstarch, 1 tablespoonWater, tap, 1/4 cup
Directions
Combine beef, tomatoes, onions carrots, celery, potatoes, and all spices in the crock pot with 2 1/2 cups water. Dissolve the flour into the remaining 1/2 cup of water, and blend into the crock pot ingredients. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high stirring once hourly. (Crock pot times vary, so adjust accordingly)

At the 3rd hour stir, if you feel it has not thickened enough, you can blend 1 tablespoon of Cornstarch into 1/4 cup of water to thicken the broth.
