Ingredients
*Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving Milk, 2%, 1 cup*Milk substitutes, Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 largeKretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp), 3 serving 1 Banana
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Heat a frying pan until hot and put about 1/8 cup of mix in the pan for each pancake.
