Ingredients
4 large eggs1 cup cottage cheese1 cup old fashioned oats1 tbsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamin
Directions
Preheat griddle to 350 degrees. Add eggs, cottage cheese, and vanilla to blender. Blend until smooth. Add oat meal and cinnamin. Blend until smooth. Ladle batter onto hot griddle. Cook about 3 minutes per side. Makes approx 12 pancakes.
