Baked Penne

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 box ronzoni healthy harvest whole grain penne pasta1 (23.5oz) jar Prego Heart Smart Sauce, Mushroom2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded part-skim
Directions
Makes approx. 8 1-cup servings

Preheat oven to 350 f. Bring Lg. pot of water to boil on stove. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in lg. skillet. Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain beef very well of excess fat and combine with sauce in skillet. Allow to warm up then lower heat to simmer flavors together. In a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish, layer 1/2 the pasta, 1/2 the sauce, and 1 c. of cheese. Layer remaining ing. finishing with the rest of cheese. Bake for about 10 mins. or until cheese is melted.

*OPTIONAL: can add whole wheat ritz or bread crumbs to top for a crunchy topping (not included in nutrition info.)
