ChickenLemon JuicePepperSaltany other spice you like
1. Put some chicken in one of those plastic zip lock baggie things. If you have alot of people, put alot of chicken in it. If you don't have alot of people... use less.
2. Pour some of that cheap lemon juice in a bottle stuff into the bag.
3. Sprinkle/pour/shake some sea salt in the bag. Add some pepper too. Matter of fact add anything that you think taste good in there with it. I like Italian seasoning so I usually put some of that in there. You'll have to use your taste buds to decide, because mine are already taken and trained the way I like them.
4. I've never figured out why this was a requirement... but if you know a virgin... ask them to put some olive oil in the bag. I usually make it myself, so I haven't had any with olive oil since 1973.
5. Turn your oven on to 425.
6. Put the chicken on a cooking pan. It doesn't matter if it's glass or metal because the chicken is already dead by now. Just don't use plastic because it stinks and smokes alot. Plus it really sticks to the chicken. No.. I mean.. it REALLY sticks to the chicken.
7. Put the chicken AND cooking pan in the oven and set the timer for 50 minutes. If you can remember to come back and check on it at about 35 minutes...that would be good. It will give you a chance to snip a piece of the chicken off and taste it. If it tastes like it needs something... that would be the time to add it. Use whatever spice you like because you're then one that's going to have to eat it. By the way, that area where you snip some chickin... no one will be able to tell because it will 'blend in' by the end of the 50 minutes.
8. Take the chicken out and eat it.
The last step's my favorite.
How many it serves depends on the portion size that your friends eat.
(ps... I used a picture of a bowl of chicken rather than a zip lock baggie... but I don't think the chicken cared)
