Pina Colada Cake

Ingredients
1 Box Angel Food Cake Mix1 8oz can Crushed Pineapple in unsweetened juiceCoconut Extract1 8oz Cool Whip Free
Directions
Prepare the Angel Food case according to box instructions. Once the cake mix is prepared, mix in crushed pineapple and as much coconut extract as you like (to taste). I prefer about 3 tbsp. Put in a 8x13 in cake pan. Bake 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool completely and top with thawed cool whip. Enjoy!
