Jessy's chicken stew

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 435 grams= 2 breast halves, cubed 1 small onion , chopped * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp * Corn Starch, 2 tsp * Garlic, 1 tsp * Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp * Maggi Chicken stock, 1 cube * Mushrooms, canned, 1.5 cup * *Cooking Spray, Pam, 3 serving water (3/4 cup) 1 chopped medium potato (cubed) 0.5 cup cubed carrots salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1- cut chicken into Juliane strips or cubes, add onions & saute in PAM l on high heat till browns on both sides.

2- stir in oregano, salt & pepper & flour still stirring.

3- add mushrooms,,carrots, mustard, potatoes, garlic & water then stir till thickens up.

4- if it looks runny use the cornstarch.

5- simmer on low heat till cooks through.

serve beside rice or sauteed veggies.
