Open Face Turkey Vegetable Sandwich

Ingredients
1 Cup Fresh Spinach2 oz. Sliced Turkey Lunch meat (I used oven roasted Oscar Mayer).1 oz slice American Cheese 1 large plum tomato, dicedgarlic powder, onion powder and italian seasonings to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon each.)
Directions
Heat olive oil in small skillet. Add all ingredients except bread and cheese. Sautee until spinach is wilted and tomatoes are heated through. Add cheese and wait until melted. Stir if desired. Serve over toast or make it into a sandwhich.
