Scallop Potatoes

Ingredients
10 to 12 Med potatoes peeled 1 can cream of cerely soup 98%1 can cream of chicken soup 98%1 cup 1% milk2 Cup lowfat shredded cheese1 cup chopped onions1 cup chopped bell pepper1 cup chopped deli ham lightsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel potatoes and slice.
mix all ingredients (-) 1 cup of shredded cheese (save for top. Place 1/2 of sliced potatoes in 13X9 pan lined with tin-foil. Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over potatoes. Add last layer of potatoes and then remainder of soup mixture. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender at 350 degrees. Uncover spread remainder of cheese on top and bake for additional 15 min. until golden brown
