Ingredients
8 oz. chicken breast baked in orange juice with sliced oranges1 apple1 Orange chopped up (cold)1 Orange chopped and cooked in the chicken breast8 strawberries slicedLettusTomatoes (10 cherry tomatoes)Dressing: Kens Raspberry Vinegarette with walnuts (Low calorie)
Directions
Bake the chicken breast in the squeezed orange juice and add a small orange
Chopped. Mix lettus, tomatoes, strawberries, 1 chopped orange, and 1 chopped apple.
Prepare 2 plates with cold ingredients, and top with chicken breast and warm chopped oranges.
Top with dressing.
