Kathy's whole wheat lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb. jenni-o ground turkey Italian sausage2 jars of Prego Roasted garlic and herb sauce15 oz. fat free ricotta2 cups of fat free shredded mozzarella, divided1/2 cup of Parmesan and Asiago2 eggs1/4 c chopped spinach1 onion chopped9 pieces of whole wheat lasagna noodles, uncooked1 head of roasted garlic, smashed into a pastea pinch of nutmeg
Directions
Heat oven 350. In saucepan brown meat on medium-high, add onions cook until translucent then add spinach and 1 jar of sauce, turn heat off. In a medium bowl, stir 1 cup of mozerella, 15 oz. of ricotta, the eggs, parmesan/asiago, and roasted garlic.
1 cup of sauce in bottom of lasagna pan, layer lasagna noodles on top, then meat sauce, then half the cheese mixture, then repeat noodles, meat, cheese. Top with more noodles and remaining sauce. Sprinkle leftover mozerella on top, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes take out and remover foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is lightly browned. Serves 12
