Lower Carb Corn Bread

Ingredients

1/4 cup plain cornmeal1 3/4 cup soy flour1 tsp salt1 tbsp baking powder1/4 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking1/2 cup non-fat milk1 cup sour cream1/4 cup sunflower oil1 large egg
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine moist ingredients in another bowl.
Mix together, and pour into cast iron skillet that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake for about 35 minutes in oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle.
