DRIED CHERRY CHILI

Ingredients
2 cups Imagine Organic No-Chicken Broth1 package Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Crumbles2 cans fire-roasted tomatoes (tomatoes with Chipotle pepper add awesome flavor!)1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed lightly3/4 cup dried cherries1 tbl. olive oil3 garlic cloves, chopped1 whole fresh jalapeno, seeded and diced1 red bell pepper1-2 tbl. chili powder (to taste)1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin1 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
Directions
Heat one cup of broth, add cherries and set aside. Heat olive oil in large pot, add garlic and saute lightly. Add peppers and rest of seasonings except cilantro, saute lightly. Add the Crumbles, tomatoes and reserved broth, bring to a boil. Add black beans, cherry mixture and cilantro, stir well and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
