Ground Beef (lean)OnionChili Peppers (optional)Seasonings2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes2 16 oz.can of Kidney Beans1 Can of Black BeansWater
Brown ground Beef with onion till cooked through
Add Canned tomoatoes and a can full of water along with it, (judge for yourself how thick you want this) Add Seasonings. Bring to boil and then simmer covered for about 3 hours ..low and slow is the way to go with this recipe. Drain and add the beans in the last hour of the cooking time. Add water when necessary. Cook on low. Stir occasionally.
Makes 8-10 1 cup servings
