Cheesy Chicken & Pasta

Ingredients
4 oz Barilla Plus Thin Spaghetti1/2 of a Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast2 cups chopped Fresh Baby Spinach1 cup thinly sliced Onion2 tsp. minced Garlic1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp dried Basil2 oz finely shredded Cabot 75% Light Vermont Cheddar
Directions
Prepare spaghetti according to package dirrections. Drain & set aside. Slice chicken lengthwise to form 2 thin cutlets. In small skillet, heat olive oil. Add onion and saute until begining to brown. Add chicken & continue to cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken from pan. Add garlic, basil, spinach and prepared spaghetti and toss gently. Put half of pasta on each plate, top with chicken & sprinkle with cheese.
