Hamburger, Tomato Goulash

Ingredients
chopped Onionchopped Garlic1 lb ground beef (95% lean)2 cans of diced tomatoes (I like the Del Monte basil, garlic flavored ones)1 box of Medium pasta shellsbasil, oregano, parsley
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion on a large skillet.
Meanwhile, bring water to a boil for pasta, then add pasta shells to cook.
Add diced tomatoes and garlic to the beef when browned.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and parsley.
Stir mixture while waiting for the pasta to cook.
Drain the noodles when they are cooked to liking, then mix into the skillet.

Can add Parmesan cheese before serving or shredded mozzarella (not included in nutrition).
