Turkey Tetrazzini

8 oz uncooked spagheti1/4 cup margarine1 cup sliced mushrooms1 stalk celery, sliced1 clove garlic, minced3 tbsp all-purpose flour2 1/2 cups skim milk1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 tsp pepper1 1/2 cup cubed fully cooked turkey1/3 cup shredded swiss cheese
Prepare spaghetti as directed on package. Rinse and drain. Set aside.
heat oven to 350. In a saucepan, combine 1 tbsp margine, the mushrooms, celery and garlic. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or until celery is tender-crisp, stirring occasioanlly. Stir in remaining 3 tbsp margarine until melted. Stir in flour. Cook for 30 secons or until mixture bubbles.
Blend milk, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cok for 2 minutes longer or until sauce thickens and bubbles, stirring occasionally. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
