Apple Banana Bread

Ingredients
* *Flour, white, 2.25 cup (remove) * Banana, fresh, 1.25 cup, mashed (remove) * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove) * Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix applesauce, sugar and room temperature butter until smooth. Mush bananas in a cup (it takes about 3 ripe bananas to make a cup). Add Bananas and vanilla. Beat until smoothish.

Add in flour, salt, baking soda. Mix until dry ingredients are just moist.

Pour into small muffin tins or into one large baking container. Bake for approximately 45 minutes our until sides are brown.
