Chocolate chip and banana muffins

Ingredients
1 cup mashed ripe banana1 large egg1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup granulated sugar or Splenda1 cup white flour1 cup wheat flour1/4 cup fat free milk1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 cup semisweet chocolate
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Place in sprayed cupcake pan or in line cupcake pan. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Similar to other recipes but I prefer the small amount of sugar rather than Splenda.
