Tuna & Rice Tea Soup

Cooked, steamed short grain rice (about 1cup/person)Green Tea that is steeped and hotTuna or Salmon filet that is cooked to your liking (for ease I often use sunkist lightly seasoned tuna filet that's already cooked in the package!) Probably about half a filet will feed one person.Soy sauce (to taste)Roasted Sesame Seeds(optional)Seaweed (Nori, the kind used to make sushi) that is cut into thin strips (optional)Wasabi paste (optional)
1. Place about 1 cup hot rice in a deep bowl.
2. Flake the tuna or salmon over the rice.
3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and nori over as much as desired.
4. Pour the hot green tea over the ingredients. The tea is your broth, so pour in enough to make it like a soup.
5. Pour in some soy sauce to give it a bit more flavor. You can add as little or as much as you like.
You can also place a bit of wasabi paste on the lip of the bowl to use as you eat.
6. Enjoy the soup with rice, tuna and broth all together in your spoon!
