Jamie's Frittata w/bell peppers, onion & turkey bacon

Ingredients
olive oil to coat pan2 eggs6 tbsp egg white substitute1 red bell pepper diced1/2 green bell pepper diced1/2 onion diced1/2 tsp garlic2 slices turkey bacon diced
Directions
coat pan w/olive oil
cook bacon, garlic and onion until onion begins to carmalize
add bell peppers
saute until al dente
add egg/egg substitute, stir until cooked through.

Makes 2 servings. Suggest topping with salsa and fat free sour cream.
