Ingredients
1 english muffin1 large egg1 slice kraft 2% milk american cheese1 slice canadian bacon(60 calories per 2 oz.)pam cooking spraysmall skillettoaster
Directions
*put english muffin into toaster or in oven to toast
*spray small skillet with pam- medium high heat
*fry egg to desired doneness( i prefer over medium but well done is how mcdonalds does it)
*remove english muffin from toaster or oven( you dont want a really crispy muffin just slightly toasted)
* put i slice of canadian bacon onto half of muffin
* put cheese on top of canadian bacon
* put egg on top of cheese
* put other half oof muffin on egg
* eat it!!!!
this recipe also works well with deli thin sliced ham instead of canadian bacon.
