1 lrg Onion Chopped1 & 1/2 pd hamburg1 pd Ground/ crumbled Chourice / Linguica 1 15.5 oz can Red Beans ( Drained)1 28 oz can of B & M Boston Baked Beans as is1 16 oz can of B & M Boston Best Beans as is 2 14.5oz cans of Diced Tomatoes w/ zesty green chilies as is1 14.5 oz can of Diced Tomatoes as is1 pkg of McCormick's Org Chili Salt & Pepper to tasteSprinkle of Chili Powder (Dusting)
Saute onion in slight coating of oil in pan till cooked
Add hamburg, slightly cook then add Chourice till cooked together
Drain excess fat if needed but leave tiny bit for flavor
Now add Red beans, B & M beans & Tomatoes fold together , gentle stirs till combined
Now add the pkg of McCormicks and the sprinkle of Chili Powder
Mix all together on low heat till all is blended and hot
Serve with 1 oz Mexican cheese & 2 tbsp fat free Sour Cream
