Tomatoe Based Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Tomato Sauce, 1.75 cup Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1.3 package (3 Cups)Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 medium, choppedCelery, raw, 3 stalk, medium, chopped Summer squash, 4 small Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3.5 cup (2 cans)
Directions
Spray Dutch Oven with non stick spray. Saute chopped onions and celery. Once they have started to sweat add all other ingredients except Summer Squash. Add 3 cups of water. Season to taste (I use Garlic, Pepper, Salt, Oregano and Basil) Simmer for about one hour. Slice and add Summer Squash and continue to simmer for an additonal 30 min.
