Sausage of your choose i used spicy Italian sausage sold at fresh and easy-Raw onionraw red tomatoblack pepperolive oil
Directions
chop up sausage in thick slices... i use Italian spicy sausage form fresh and easy.. but i use one table spoon olive oil.. add sweet bell pepper in slices onion slices tomato slices and for taste add black pepper..stir around until sausage turns darker brown.... and serve and enjoy... mmmm some shredded low fat cheese on top is yummy.... great and super filling..
