Old-fashioned oats, natural peanut butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, lightly salted peanuts chopped, butter, bittersweet chocolate, egg white.
In a large bowl, whip egg white until frothy. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar. Stir well. Add melted or softened butter and stir. Add oats and nuts. Stir. Add chopped bittersweet chocolate and stir. Press tightly 2 Tbs of mixture into each muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes, or until lightly browned around the edges. Refrigerate before serving to help keep them from being too crumbly.
