1C Chunky Organic peanut butter (no sugar added)1 1/2 c quality protein whey2-5 T. water (add as needed to mix)3 T. honey 1 tsp. real vanilla extract1C uncooked old fashioned rolled oats5 T Hersey's dry cocoa
Directions
Mix & press into 9X9 pan to set. Makes 16 servings about 200 calories ea. Good energy bar.
