Ingredients
Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.), cubedCountry Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular (Soft), 3 tbsp.Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Directions
Boil cubed potatoes until tender. Drain and add margarine, parsley, salt and pepper.
