Oven Fried Chicken Casserole1 tbsp. margarine 2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt margarine in 13 x 9 inch pan in oven. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in pan (uncovered). Bake 35 minutes. Turn, bake about 15 minutes or until done. 6 servings
