"I'm on a diet' banana bread

3/4 cup Palm Sugar4 Tbsp margarine1 cup mashed banana3 egg whites1/3 cup Plain yogurt, low fat1/3 cup water1 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 cups oat flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together the sugar and margarine.
Add banana, egg whites, yogurt, water, and vanilla.
Stir to combine, while crushing the bananas further.
Sift in oat flour.
Add baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Pour into a greased 9x5 loaf pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out almost clean, a few scant crumbs is OK.
