Rachael Ray's Turkey Bacon Double Cheeseburgers with Fire Roasted Tomato Sauce

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil4 slices turkey bacon1 lb ground turkey breast2 green onions, finely choppeda handful cilantro, finely chopped1 tbsp chil powder1 1/2 tsp paprikasalt and pepper2 tsp zest and juice of 2 limes1 red onion, chopped1 tbsp worcestershire sauce2 tbsp brown sugar1 can (15oz) fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained2 rounded tbsp grainy mustard4 slices pepper jack cheese4 large sandwich size english muffins, lightly toasted

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat and add the turkey bacon, cook until crisp. Remove.
While bacon cooks, combine the turkey breast, green onions, cilantro, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper, lime zest and juice. Mix well and divide into 4 patties. After bacon is done, place patties in pan, cook 3-4 min each side. Top with a slice of cheese and 2 pieces of bacon. Tent skillet with foil and cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
While burgers are cooking, heat oil in a sauce pan over med-high heat. add onions and soften 3-4 minutes. season with salt and pepper, add worcestershire, brown sugar, tomatoes and mustard. let sauce cook on low.
Place burgers on muffin bottoms, top with fire roasted tomato sauce and muffin top.
