Pineapple Chicken in the slowcooker

3c onion2 cans baby corn (drained)2c bamboo shutes3c fesh snow peas2 1/2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces1c low sodium chicken broth2c pinapple juice2t ground ginger2t garlic powder4T unpacked brown sugar2T low sodium soy sauce4c crushed pineapple4T cornstarch4T water
Cut onion into large bite size pieces. Add onion, baby corn, bamboo chutes, snow peas and chicken into crock pot.
In seperate bowl mix water, chicken broth, pineapple juice, ginger, garlic powder, brown sugar and soy sauce together. Pour over vegetables.
Cook in slow cooker for 4-6 hours on low or 1-2 hour on high.
Mix cornstarch and water together very well. Mix into crock pot and allow to cook for 20 more minutes.
Serve over brown rice or fried vegetable rice. Rice options are not included in calories count.
