1 yellow bell pepper1 red or green bell pepper1 onion1 cucumber, peeled2 tbsp margarine or butter3 tbsp soy sauce
melt margarine (butter) in skillet or sauce pan. cut peppers, onion and cucumber to same size chunks or strips. sautee all in the butter until half way cooked..then add soy sauce. Cook til desired tenderness. makes 4 servings!
