Sweet Potato Breakfast - Crockpot

Ingredients
1 15oz Farmer's Market Organic Sweet Potato Puree2 tbs Truvia1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp ground ginger1tsp vanilla1 cup fat free evaporated milk2 eggs
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour in crock pot. I use a 6 quart crockpot. Cook on high 3-4 hours or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
