Mashed Acorn Squash

Ingredients
One acorn squash cut in half and deseeded.Olive oil for brushing onto the squashA quarter stick of soft butter (can use alternative, this is just how I made it and it came out good)A quarter cup of brown sugarA tsp of NutmetSalt and Pepper for taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, brush the inside of your squash lightly with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in oven for 45 minutes. When done, remove meat of squash and place in a mixing bowl. Add butter, nutmeg and brown sugar and mix till smooth. Serve and enjoy!
