Mashed Potatoe & Kraut Casserole

Sauerkraut, 4 cups (drained)Gluten Steaks, about 10Cut leaf spinach - frozen - 4 cupsCream of mushroom soup (condensed) 1.5 cupsMushrooms, canned, .5 cupMashed potatoes - no milk or butter - 5 cups
Put drained sauerkraut on bottom of 9x13 pan.
Place veggie steaks over kraut
Combine cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms and spinach and place over steaks.
Put mashed potatoes over soup mix - be sure and cover completely - forming seal around dish.
Sprinkle with Paprika, salt and pepper
Bake at 350*F for 30-40 mins.
