Tomato Meatball Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (93% or better)1 can healthy choice tomato soup3 C V8 juice PepperNutmeg
Directions
mix V8 and tomato soup in a sauce pan
put on medium/low heat
make ground beef into meatballs and add to soup
add Pepper & nutmeg to taste
soup is done when meatballs are cooked all the way through.

Make sure to stir frequently to avoid scorching...I usually turn to low heat for last 1/2 of cook time.
