Avacado Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 carton of Organic Nasoya Silken Tofu1 Organic Avocado, Peeled and Pitted2 Scallions, chopped fine 1 Lime, JuicedFiltered Water 1/2 tsp onion powderDash of Sea Salt and Pepper
Directions
Add to blender: tofu, avocado, and seasonings. Blend for few seconds; add water to thin to desired consistency; mix in scallions and store in glass jar.

Pour 1/4 of recipe over organic salad greens mixed with grape tomatoes and baby cucumbers. Toss to coat and enjoy! Serves 2.
