Soft Taco Shells- Low calorie

Ingredients
1 c. flour1/2 c. corn meal1/4 tsp. salt(optional)1 egg1 1/2 c. cold water
Directions
Beat until smooth. Spoon 3 tablespoons batter onto medium hot ungreased griddle. Spread out to make a thin pancake. Turn over when edges begin to look dry not brown.

cook 1 min. on each side
Makes around 6 servings if you use about 1/3 of a cup.
