Tilapia with lemon rice

Ingredients
Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) Brown rice Mahatma, 0.75 cup Sea salt coarse Alessi, dashSalt Lemon & Pepper Seasoning, 0.25 tsp*Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup Flour rice, 1 tbsp Chicken Broth, 0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Scallions, raw, 1 small (3" long) Tilapia boneless Treasures from the sea, 12 ozPut rice on to cook preferably in rice cooker. Rinse fish & pat dry. In small bowl combine salt, flour, lemon pepper seasoning & dip fillets in mixture. Spray baking pan with olive oil & put in fish & bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Remove from oven & set aside. Combine broth, 1/4 cup lemon juice (& 1 tsp unsalted butter if desired). Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes & remove from heat. Stir 1 tsp of lemon juice into rice. Put rice on plate with fish on top. Pour broth mixture over all of it & serve.
