banana-1.5 mediumalmond milk wi calcium 1 cupginger-ground 1 TBSPcinnamon-ground-1 TBSPice cubes-6-8splenda-1 TBSP
Directions
put all ingredients into blender or processor
blend til smooth
enjoy

other fruits work well, and recipe is very easy to 'tweak'
I freeze this if extra bananas- it thaws by lunch time at work
