Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground beef1 red onion chopped2 courgettes2 bell peppers2 celery sticks chopped300g whole grain pasta (dry)1 16oz jar red pasta sauce1 can diced tomatoes
Cook beef and onion in non-stick pan until beef is browned.
Add all veg and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper (also a sprinkle of cayenne if you like spice). Continue cooking until veg is softened then add pasta sauce.
During this time cook your pasta in seperate pan.
Stir in sauce and simmer on low until pasta is cooked. Drain pasta and mix thoroughly into meat and veg sauce.
Serves about 6
