1 pkg ground turkeytwo med-large onions2 red bell peppers1 8oz pkg sliced mushrooms1 32oz can diced tomatoes1 can black beans rinsedcumin, chili powder and salt to taste
saute veggies in a little chicken broth, add meat and brown, then add seasoning, tomatoes and beans. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat and serve.
