Easy Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
1.5lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast2 green onion stalks, chopped1 16oz bag frozen peas and carrots3 cups cooked brown rice1 tbsp canola oil2 tbsp Soy sauce
Directions
Heat oil, add chicken and saute for 5-7mins
Add fresh green onion, peas and carrots, and rice
Add 1/2 cup of water and let simmer until all ingredients are warmed thru
Add soy sauce to taste.
