Half Turkey Half Ground Beef Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 lbs lean ground beef1/2 lbs of lean turkey ground beef1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese3/4 cup of onion diced.50 cup of fiber one cereal (crushed)2 tsp worcestershire sauce1 tsp paprika1 tsp pepper, red or cayenne1 tbsp garlic powderDash of salt (optional)1/4 cup of tomato soup (I have home made) or ketchup1/4 cup of egg substitute like egg beaters1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Take the fiber one cereal and grind it in a mini food processor or place in a baggie and roll a rolling pin over it.

Mix all ingredients together, use your hands its easier to incorporate it all together.

Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray

Take your meat mixture and .scoop out with an ice cream scoop or a large spoon and place into each muffin tin.

Bake on 350 for 30 - 45 minutes, until meat is done.
